Brexit ruling makes UK radiators illegal from next year A recent ruling on changes to CE marking regulations, following the UK’s exit from the European Union, could mean most radiators sold in the UK would be illegal from 2022. The decision not to allow transfer of current CE Mark test certificates, will leave the majority of radiators on sale in the UK without a ‘valid’ test certificate, in a few months’ time, and therefore unable to be sold legally, acording to the Manufacturers Association of Radiators and Convectors.
