Women in RACHP Network launches 100 For 100 campaign

The IOR’s Women in RACHP network has recently launched a campaign to increase women’s membership of the IOR to 100 by the 100th Anniversary of the Women’s Engineering Society (WES). Since forming its Women in RACHP network in 2016, the IOR has increased its female membership significantly but still only has 48 women as members. There are numerous advantages to joining the IOR whatever type of job you are doing, whether this is a support role such as sales and HR or a technical role such as technician or design engineer. Member grades include: Affiliate for anyone working in non-technical roles Student and Young People for anyone new to the industry and graduates Associate for those on the first stage of management responsibilities Technician for those in service, maintenance and installation roles Member for those with significant management responsibilities...
